How Long Does lt Take Receive My Order?

The delivery time will vary depending on the product and customization options. Generally, our standard delivery time for bulk orders is 4-6 weeks, but we can expedite orders for an additional fee if needed.

How Can You Ensure That The Product Quality ls ConsistentWith My Requirements?

Firstly, before we begin production, we will communicate with you to confirm your packaging requirements. During production, our QA team monitors every step throughout the production process, to ensure that they meet your requirements.

What ls The Minimum Order Quantity For Wholesale Orders?

Our minimum order quantity for wholesale orders is typically around 500pieces, depending on the product and customization options. However, we can work with you to find a solution that meets your needs if you have a smaller order quantity.

What Is The Order Process?

Choose your bag or pouch.
Customization and the free sample would be open for you.
If you want customization then go with the customization process.
Confirm your order.
30% deposit payment when you confirmed for mass production.
We arrange all the material after your order confirmation.
Production will start at NewRound.
The remaining payment will be made when the order is ready for shipment after completion.
You will be supported with after-sales services as well.

What Information Should Provide To Get A Quotation?

1. What kind of materials.
2. The size of the bag (length*width*hight), including the thickness.
3. Printing colors. Original printing picture or drawings will be best.

5. Is standard bag or special design.

How Do I Get A Sample And How Long?

1. For standard products, we will send you one for free if we have in stock.
2. For customized sample, we need to charge the cost.
3. 1 day for sample in warehouse, 5-7 days for customized sample.

The lead time for mass production.
Usually, it will need 20-25 days for mass production. Also, the time depend on the order quantity.

1. We have automatic machine to inspect every piece of bag.
2. We also have more than 10 QC staff to inspect the quality in every production step.

How Do You Ship Out The Goods?

1. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF,CNF price.
2. TT30% deposit in advance, balance should be paid before delivery.
